Privacy
No cookies, no advertising, nothing that follows you to other websites. This page says what leaves this site, who receives it, and how to make me delete it.
Who is responsible
Guillem Puche, working as Engranatge, in Catalonia, Spain. For anything on this page, write to hola@engranatge.com.
Why there is no cookie banner
This site stores nothing on your device. No cookies, no local storage, no identifier that outlives your visit. There is nothing for you to accept or reject, so you are not asked.
What leaves this site on every page
Cloudflare, hosting
Cloudflare delivers this site and sees your IP address, because a page cannot reach you without one.
Umami, visit counting
Your IP address, your browser and your approximate location are sent to Umami Software, Inc., which may process them in the United States or in the European Union. Umami does not keep your IP address or your browser. It turns them into a hash that resets every month and discards the originals. What I see is visit counts, pages, countries and where people arrived from. Records are deleted after six months.
My own server, personalised pages
Some visitors receive a page prepared for their company. My system counts how often such a page is opened. It records the page, not the person who opened it.
If you book a call
The calendar on the booking page is loaded from Cal.com. Opening that page sends your IP address and your browser to Cal.com even if you book nothing. If you do book, you give your name, your email and your answers to a few questions about your business. Cal.com and I both receive them, and I use them to prepare and hold the call.
What I never do
I do not sell your data. I do not build advertising profiles. I do not track you across other websites. I share nothing with anyone not named on this page.
Legal basis
Hosting, security and visit counting rely on legitimate interest, article 6.1.f of the GDPR: I need to know whether the site works. Anything you send me when booking relies on article 6.1.b, steps taken at your own request before a contract.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit what I do with it, or to object to it entirely. Write to hola@engranatge.com and I will answer. If my answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.
