What you walk out of the call with

  1. A task diagnosis.

    You describe the recurring task eating your team's week. I tell you whether it can be automated, and why or why not.

    Most consultants sell this step as a paid scoping session. Here it's the first 10 minutes.

  2. A first-version sketch.

    If it's a fit, I map which tools it would touch, what it replaces, and roughly how long to build. You leave with enough to evaluate the work — whether you end up hiring me or someone else.

    Most agencies sell this as a €1-2k discovery deliverable. Here it's the next 5 minutes.

  3. An honest no, with a referral.

    If it doesn't fit, I tell you. If I know someone who can help, I name them.

    The version most consultants deliver is a polite "let me think about it" that costs you a week of waiting. Here it's a direct answer.

  4. A pilot slot, if it's a fit.

    I'm picking 5 businesses this quarter to build real pilot cases with, proving the model before publishing prices. Good-fit cases are heavily invested in success, and the case study is worth more to me than the fee.

    Elsewhere this would be enterprise pricing for a 40-person studio. Here it's honest pilot math.
